Looking for a fun Mother’s Day activity? Join birders and naturalists Thomas Meinzen and Ryan Gilpin for a casual morning walk at Kelley Point Park, a beautiful peninsula park at the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia Rivers and one of Portland's best spots for spring bird migration. Mothers and any others, of all ages, are welcome.
Due to COVID-19, registration will be limited to 10 people. Masks and social distancing are required.
We will be meeting at the northernmost parking lot at Kelley Point Park. The main park path is paved and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible; we will be birding on smooth dirt side trails as well. Please contact us at info@columbiaslough.org if you have any questions about accessibility issues.
