Every summer, we get together for our biggest clean-up event of the year-- Great Slough Clean Up!

At this event, we meet up at multiple sites throughout the watershed at the same time to pick up litter, and maybe remove some invasive plants as well. This year, we're hosting a Paddle Team clean-up at St. Johns Boat Launch, and a beach clean-up at Kelley Point Park!

After the clean-ups, we'll all meet-up at a nearby park to share some food together from a local North Portland restaurant. We'll recap the day and present an award to the volunteer who shows the greatest Slough stewardship spirit or finds the most weird and wonderful item!
