Stewardship Saturday: Columbia Children's Arboretum

Saturday January 19, 9:00am - 12:00pm

Join us and our friends at Portland Parks & Rec. in our work to continue restoration on this unique property. Volunteers will have the opportunity to assist in invasive plant removal and native plant planting.

**Due to high interest in this event if your group is five or larger we won’t be able to accommodate you, please consider signing up for one of our other Stewardship Saturdays!**

This event runs rain or shine! Be sure to dress for the weather and bring water, rain gear and sturdy shoes. Snacks, tools, training and gloves will be provided. Registration is requested.

Volunteers should park and enter from NE 6th Dr. (the address of the park, 10040 NE 6th Dr). Follow the event signs to the meet up spot.

Notes on accessibility: The site is about an 8 minute walk from the parking area. The site itself is wooded and uneven with woody debris. There is no restroom on site, but there will be a portable restroom available for use.
